Yoga & Detox Retreat in Rishikesh — Quick Facts

“Purifying body and mind, one cleanse at a time”

Your Body Already Knows How to Heal
Detox isn't about starvation or extremes — it's about removing what's blocking your body's own natural ability to heal, through yogic purification, an Ayurvedic diet and the right breathwork.
Over seven days you'll feel the shift: lighter digestion, clearer skin, steadier energy without the usual afternoon crash.

The five pillars of a real yogic detox:
Shatkarma
Yogic purification techniques that clear the body from the inside.
An Ayurvedic Diet
Fresh juices, raw vegetables and light soups, suited to digestion.
Pranayama
Oxygenating and cleansing breathwork.
Bandha & Mudra
Techniques that stimulate and support internal organs.
Meditation
Clearing mental toxins, not just physical ones.
No single practice does the work alone — it's the combination of purification, diet, breath and stillness, held consistently for a week, that creates a real detox.
“You don't need a stronger willpower. You need a system that actually works — and a week to let it.”
