7-Day Yoga & Meditation Retreat in Rishikesh
A focused week of daily yoga, guided meditation and calming breathwork in a peaceful Himalayan ashram overlooking the Ganges.
A Week to Transform in Rishikesh
A focused week of yoga and meditation for busy lives that need a real pause.
A focused one-week version of our Yoga & Meditation Retreat, designed for people with limited time. Each day blends Hatha Yoga, pranayama, guided meditation, mantra chanting and a philosophy class with Siddhant Ji, building step by step from body to breath to mind.
It's ideal as a first retreat, or for anyone who can't take two full weeks away from work and life but still wants a genuine, complete experience — residential, structured, and guided by the same teaching team behind every program at Siddhant School of Yoga.
07-Day Yoga & Meditation Retreat — Quick Facts

“Seven focused days, a real reset from body to mind”

“Reconnect with yourself through glimpses of meditation and Samadhi — even in just seven days.”
— Acharya Siddhant
A Week Is Longer Than It Sounds
Seven days isn't enough to master yoga — but it's genuinely enough to interrupt a stressed-out routine, reset your habits, and prove to yourself that a calmer, healthier version of you is possible.
Each day builds on the last, so what feels unfamiliar on day one feels natural by day seven.

What a focused week actually delivers:
Better Sleep
Often within the first few days of the retreat.
A Body That Moves Without Pain
Real relief from stiffness and tension.
A Calmer Starting Point
Every morning, not just by the end of the week.
Real Tools for Stress
Not just a break from it, but techniques you keep.
A Practice You Can Repeat
Simple enough to continue once you're home.
Seven days is short enough to fit around your schedule, but structured deliberately enough to deliver a real, lasting shift — not just a relaxing week away.
“You don't need a month away. You need one focused week, done properly.”

Living at Siddhant School of Yoga in Rishikesh
Unplugging From Routine
Stepping fully away from your normal schedule for seven days.
Showing Up Daily
Consistency matters more than intensity in a short retreat.
An Honest Effort
You'll get out of it roughly what you put in.

A Genuine Reset
Not just relaxation — an actual shift in how you feel.
Renewed Energy
Without relying on caffeine to get there.
A Simple Plan to Take Home
So the reset doesn't end the moment you land.
A week well spent can outweigh a year of good intentions.

07-Day Yoga & Meditation Retreat — Frequently Asked Questions
This is a focused, condensed one-week version, designed for people with limited time. Each day still blends Hatha Yoga, pranayama, guided meditation, mantra chanting and a philosophy class with Siddhant Ji — building step by step from body to breath to mind — just over 7 days instead of 14.
Yes. Many students choose this as their first retreat precisely because it's a complete, well-rounded experience without a two-week commitment. It's also a great way to feel the structure of our longer retreats before returning for more.
Yes, message us on WhatsApp before you arrive and we'll help you extend into the 14-day Yoga & Meditation Retreat or another program, subject to availability.
Yes. Siddhant School of Yoga is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance USA (RYS 200, RYS 300, RYS 500). This particular retreat itself gives a Siddhant School of Yoga completion certificate, not a Yoga Alliance teaching certificate — only our 200-hour, 300-hour and 500-hour Teacher Training Courses lead to an official Yoga Alliance RYT credential.
Anyone with the right attitude toward learning and practicing yoga. Beyond that, we ask that you: be in good physical health, keep an open mind, commit to full attendance, follow a vegetarian diet during the course, avoid alcohol, drugs and smoking, have basic English proficiency, be between 18–60 years old, have had no surgery in the last year, and not bring children along.
Two clear color photocopies of your passport (plus the original for verification), two passport-size photos, and your visa expiry details.
Yes, an Indian Tourist e-Visa is mandatory for foreign nationals. It's also a good idea to arrange travel and health insurance before you depart.
We recommend arriving a day early. You'll check in, rest, then complete your registration form and pay any remaining balance, followed by a short tour of the yoga hall and dining area.
The day begins with a morning Hatha class (8–9 AM) and breakfast, followed by a traditional fire ceremony at 10:30 AM, a group photo and your study materials. At 3 PM there's an orientation covering teachers, syllabus, rules and goals for the retreat.
Two passport-size photos, your phone and charger, a debit card, seasonal and comfortable yoga clothing, comfortable shoes, a travel towel, and a small first-aid kit with any personal medicines. Leave expensive jewelry at home — the school isn't responsible for lost valuables.
The advance/registration deposit is non-refundable. In a genuine emergency, you can postpone to another scheduled batch within the same year by emailing us your reason. Cancellations are accepted by email at no extra charge, but the deposit itself is not refunded.
