300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh
Master advanced Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa, and deepen your pranayama, kundalini, anatomy and philosophy in the Yoga Capital of the World — the next step after your 200-Hour certification.
What Is the 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course?
Have you completed a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training from a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School? This advanced 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh is the natural next step — more intense practice, new advanced techniques and a deeper immersion into the traditional yogic lifestyle. Built on the foundation of your 200-hour training, this 28-day residential course takes you from intermediate to advanced level.
Students explore daily detox, mantra chanting, secret breathing techniques, traditional Hatha yoga, classical Ashtanga Vinyasa, meditation, relaxation, and Kundalini and Chakra yoga — discovering hidden qualities within and becoming a complete, confident teacher. Alongside advanced practice, you'll learn how to arrange and sequence classes, answer students' questions, and run your own yoga retreats and yoga centre.
On successful completion, graduates receive a 300-hour Yoga Alliance USA Registered RYS-300 certificate — and, combined with a prior 200-hour certification, become eligible to register as an RYT-500, the highest teaching credential Yoga Alliance offers. As Acharya Siddhant puts it: “Reward yourself with the highest experience of practice and teaching, with yoga and spirituality together.”

Excursions & Cultural Life
Advanced practice doesn't stop at the edge of the yoga hall. Woven through the 28 days are weekend excursions and a handful of small rituals that tie your training to the living culture all around you — for many students, these turn out to be the memories they hold onto longest.
01 · At DuskGanga Aarti at Triveni Ghat
As dusk falls, walk down to Triveni Ghat for the aarti — priests circle great brass lamps and the whole bank glows amber against the dark. Many students describe it as the first time in years they felt completely still.
02 · On Rest DaysWaterfall Treks
On your free day, a short trek climbs to the waterfalls hidden in the hills above Rishikesh — cold water, green shade and the best kind of tired.
03 · Some MorningsAdvanced Practice on the Ganges Ghat
Some sessions leave the yoga hall entirely — advanced asana and meditation right on the riverbank, with the Ganges moving past as your soundtrack.
04 · In SilenceHimalayan Cave Meditation
A short trip takes you to sacred caves in the foothills, where sages once sat in silence for centuries. Meditating inside, in the cool and the dark, is a quiet that stays with you long after you've left.
05 · Living HistoryHistoric Temples
Guided visits to the old temples of Rishikesh — riverside shrines and sacred sites where the scriptures you study in class have been practiced without pause for centuries.
06 · Between Practice DaysNature Walks & Sacred Sites
Gentle walks into the hills and slow time by the sacred river — none of it compulsory, none of it rushed.
