500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh
Eight weeks of deep, regular practice combining our 200-Hour and 300-Hour courses into one uninterrupted Himalayan journey — become a complete, internationally certified Yoga Master under Acharya Siddhant.
What Is the 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course?
Siddhant School of Yoga presents a 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, approved by Yoga Alliance USA. It combines our 200-Hour and 300-Hour courses into one long, uninterrupted program — because regular practice over a longer period creates a real daily yoga habit, and that habit brings growth in practical, professional and spiritual life alike.
Students can also complete the 200-Hour and 300-Hour courses separately, but the 500-Hour path is recommended: long, continuous practice builds good habits and prepares you to present yourself as a confident, capable teacher. Over about eight weeks, you move through Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, pranayama, bandha, mudra, shatkarma, yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, meditation, mantra chanting, Yoga Nidra, basic Ayurveda and basic naturopathy — the complete foundation-to-mastery curriculum in one sitting.
Yoga, at its heart, is about redesigning the subconscious mind, which controls roughly 95% of our daily life — a well-trained subconscious mind becomes a faithful friend for the rest of your journey. On successful completion, graduates receive a Yoga Alliance USA Registered RYT 500 certificate, the highest widely recognized yoga teacher credential, along with a personalized 100-day post-graduation practice schedule and ongoing mentorship from Acharya Siddhant.
“The 500 Hour Yoga TTC helps you rearrange and redesign your subconscious mind to achieve anything and everything in your life.”

Excursions & Cultural Life
A real education never stops at the edge of the yoga hall. Across eight weeks in Rishikesh, weekend excursions and a handful of small rituals tie your training to the living culture all around you — for many students, these turn out to be the memories they hold onto longest.
01 · At DuskThe Evening Ganga Aarti
As dusk falls, walk down to the Ganges for the aarti — priests circle great brass lamps and the whole bank glows amber against the dark. Over eight weeks, this becomes a regular, grounding ritual.
02 · On Rest DaysWaterfall Treks
On free days, a short trek climbs to the waterfalls hidden in the hills above Rishikesh — cold water, green shade and the best kind of tired.
03 · Some MorningsYoga on the Ganges Ghat
Some sessions leave the yoga hall entirely — asana and meditation right on the riverbank, with the Ganges moving past as your soundtrack.
04 · In SilenceHimalayan Cave Meditation
A trip takes you to sacred caves in the foothills, where sages once sat in silence for centuries. Across an eight-week immersion, meditating there becomes a quiet touchstone you return to.
05 · Living HistoryHistoric Temples
Guided visits to the old temples of Rishikesh — riverside shrines and sacred sites where the tradition you study in class has been practiced without pause for centuries.
06 · Between Practice DaysNature Walks & Sacred Sites
Gentle walks into the hills and slow time by the sacred river — none of it compulsory, none of it rushed, plenty of it across eight full weeks.
