Airport transfer is not included but we can arrange it for you. The nearest airports are Dehradun (DED) ~35 km away, and Delhi (DEL) ~6 hours by road. Contact us after booking and we'll assist.
All meals are 100% vegetarian and follow a sattvic (pure) diet. For specific requirements like gluten-free or vegan, please inform us in advance and we will accommodate where possible.
We provide a yoga mat, neti pot, study materials, and all bedding. Bring comfortable modest clothing, personal toiletries, any medication, and an open mind. Avoid revealing clothing out of respect for local culture.
